The price list is designed to be used as both a price list and ordering list. Simply print it, mark the items you wish to buy, print your name and address on the form, then, send it to the address below, with a check or money order for payment.

Note - To find the length of collar you need for your dog, measure
          the middle circumference of the neck and add 2" to the measured length.
